Ep #15 | Ian, Martyn & Joe

This week on Earthship Radio the boys of 3Amoviegos trade in their sombreros for powdered wigs as they cross the "perverbial pond" to discuss the circus behind the UK General Elections, Why the royal family exists, taxation and how we could positively change our communities instead of leaving them prey to vulture politicians.

They pontificate on elections in general and why people have become complacent with the same corrupt political charades we've all grown to disdain.
Ian shares a story about the Garland, Tx "terrorist" shooting at the Mohammed drawing contest and the fear it creates when the media chooses to present the domestic terrorism script to the public which only further demonizes certain religions.  They talk about different cultures, "The American Experiment" and how fear is a tool being used to control peoples behavior.

Par for the course with this bunch, they skip a little further down the hole toward the urban mystery of marijuana prohibition and the magical powers of this little green gift of the Earth.
They skim the surface of Gnosticism, God and the Devil, GMO foods, A possible "Big Reveal" of hidden secrets to the world, How children are programmed with dogma of the past and How we can progress as a technologically eco-conscious society.  All up for ear grabs on this weeks episode of Earthship Radio.

Ep #11 | Ian & Vivienne

This week in the RV, Ian brings his mum Vivienne on board and learns about the things that make her tick.
Coincidentally, she’s working on her own memoirs so these topics were fresh in her mind. She talks about the things that made her into the very structured style of go-with-the-flow that she seems to have become now, which began at an early age.
Because her parents worked in the foreign office abroad in Lebanon, and subsequently sent her away to boarding school as a 12 year old girl, Vivienne was responsible for her own happiness at an age when it was a big expectation of a person. But she learned how to actually be able to rely on herself, which is a trait she carried on and passed along.
Then we hear about her legendary days doing her own thing, like racing a 2000 Horsepower 32ft. Phantom Powerboat (and flipping it), working in restaurants rather than join her parents in the foreign office, and meeting “Just another American” while working at a rental car company, who ended up being Ian’s dad!
After briefly touching on homeschooling, Vivienne pontificates about how she’s been able to balance the need for structure in a lot of aspects of life, with the inevitable need to just go-with-the-flow. Rebelling against the social norm in very healthy ways, because everything happens for a reason. And ultimately, her secret to a successful life and family was to dedicate her life to her family, like it was her job, and to do what worked best for them, and ultimately her. Because that's what she was good at!

And boy was she! Enjoy this very special Mother’s Day episode of Earthship Radio.

Ep #6 | Ian & Larry

This week in the RV, Ian sits down to scratch the surface of life with former rock guitarist, composer and tour manager to the likes of Eric Clapton, Ozzy Osborne and The Bee Gees: Larry McNeny.

From his start in Dallas, Texas, Larry was a typical American Boy Scout who threw the Dallas Morning News to earn spending money and witnessed ferocious tornados that rivaled The Wizard of Oz.  At 13 he started a band with a drummer who shared his first name as well as his penchant for embellishing the truth of his musical experience.  Larry always wanted rock & roll as a major contributor in his life, which is why rubbing elbows with Alice Cooper, Stevie Ray Vaughn and Jack Bruce, while playing an invaluable role in the golden age of the Rock & Roll touring industry seemed like the most natural path for his storied life.

Come hear stories of anti-satanic rock operas, random attacks in the street by a group of tweakers, helicopters dropping thousands of pairs of panties on a crowd, and Jay the Hitchhiking Hippie roadie, while we eat baked potatoes and drink cheap sangria.

All this, and much more on this jam packed episode of Earthship Radio.

Today we officially invited Alice Cooper on the show.

Shout out to John Andrew ParksBig Punks & Road Cases.
