Footlights is a love letter to the passion-filled, amateur, true-crime junkie, marrying human drama with a mystical supernatural element. It’s a completely scripted and fully sound-designed narrative podcast series, produced in an NPR-esque fashion, consistent with many true-crime investigations; studio narration, actor re-creations, existing media clips, as well as candid recordings and phone/Zoom calls.
