Having been fascinated by movies, television and audio fiction since he was a young child, facilitating content close to him was always the goal for Texas native Ian McNeny.

After earning a Bachelor’s degree, Ian has spent almost 15 years working his way up through various levels of the television post-production industry. From serving as Assistant Editor on Network animated specials like Ice Age: A Mammoth Christmas or animated feature films like The Book of Life, to Editing nationally aired commercials for brands like Chuck E Cheese and creating thousands of hours of Dailies footage for series’ like TNT’s reboot of Dallas and Major Crimes, Ian has most recently worked as Post-Facility Producer on shows like Fox’s 9-1-1 and 9-1-1 Lonestar and Hulu’s Reprisal.

Ian has also loved producing content in his own time, resulting in dozens of short films and web series episodes, two feature films and most of the weekly episodes of ElfTree Podcast Network shows High-Dere, 3Amoviegos and Earthship Radio. And if that wasn’t enough, he spends the remaining time in his day developing and writing longer-term projects for ElfTree Media to tackle when the time is right…

ElfTree Media’s music department is headed by producer, Joe Moralez, who spent over 12 years touring as a keyboardist before moving from Nashville to Los Angeles to explore new opportunities in the music and film industries. After his second album, The Way It Goes, Joe began experimenting with his songwriting, spawning several releases under different monikers through his indie publishing company, Elf Tree Publishing, working with the industries top pop producers.

Collectively, Joe’s music has garnered over 1M streams on various download and streaming platforms worldwide. It has been featured around the world through a multitude of commercial campaigns for Google, eBay, Mercedes-Benz, Omni Hotels & Resorts, Liqui-Moly and more.

Joe recently gained recognition as a producer for “Don’t Stop Moving,” a song co-written with songwriter Dalton Day and synced to a national ad campaign for Nature Valley & General Mills. He is currently producing music for Day’s twin sister, Skyler Day, who’s most recent single, “Honest,” was featured in Billboard Magazine in connection with her mentorship with Kacey Musgraves.
